We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders. Because real ones don’t charge you to show up.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking details by email.
Shipping destinations
At this time, we ship within the United States only.
Delivery timeframes
Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking
information. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the label is created.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at hello@skinhomie.store and we’ll do our best to update it before shipment. If the order has already shipped, changes may not be possible.
Lost, delayed, or missing packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your package, please check with household members, neighbors, or building management and confirm the delivery address on your order. If you still can’t locate it, contact us at hello@skinhomie.store within 7 days of the delivery update and we’ll help you investigate. If your package is delayed and tracking hasn’t moved for several days, reach out and we’ll look into it.
Damaged items
If your order arrives damaged, contact us at hello@skinhomie.store within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and item. We’ll review it and make it right.
