Thank you for shopping with Skin Homie. We want you to feel confident when you order. If something isn’t right, we’ll help you sort it out. Because our products are personal care items, we do not accept returns on opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons. If you placed an order by mistake or changed your mind, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not been processed or shipped yet, we’ll do our best to cancel it. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to cancel it. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Once we review the details, we’ll arrange a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation. If your tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery update. We’ll help investigate with the carrier and confirm the next steps. Please note that we cannot guarantee refunds for packages marked as delivered, but we will always do our best to support you. Refunds, when approved, are issued back to the original payment method. Processing times can vary by bank or payment provider, but most refunds appear within 5 to 10 business days after approval. Shipping fees, if charged, are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us, such as receiving the wrong item or receiving a damaged product. We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that fall outside the timeframes listed above or where misuse, excessive claims, or policy abuse is suspected.
